Integrated Innovations Corp. is modifying an existing 2008 model year automobile to create the “Nautiless” an automobile that will exceed 100MPGe and compete in the Progressive AUTO X PRIZE. The “Nautiless” will meet or exceed all safety and environmental requirements. It will demonstrate five levels of modifications that will be able to be employed on existing vehicles increasing mileage by twenty to eighty percent or more. Through a franchise business model we plan to modify new and existing vehicles. The modifications and franchises will be marketed at a price point that gives economic benefit to the owners and manufacturers. The franchise business model will allow us to modify as many vehicles as quickly as possible to have the greatest impact on individuals, our economy and our environment.
